Description
Made by Langlois Martin using unique French savoir faire since 1869, these sequins are simply the best in the business. Their durability, quality, and unrivaled color selection are what make these sequins the preferred material for tambour embroidery by the world’s major couture houses and academies.
Cellulose acetate sequins are also preferred by embroiderers who value sustainability. These eco-friendly, responsibly made sequins come from plant fiber, not plastic. They contain no fossil-fuel products, and are both biodegradable and recyclable (under specific conditions), but will still hold up to abrasion and cleaning.
Oriental sequins are opaque with an iridescent finish that changes color with the direction of the light. These large, molded shell sequins are approx. 1.2 in./30mm in diameter. Sold by the piece.
