Damages and issues 

Please contact us immediately if an item you’ve received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue A.S.A.P.


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

In cases where a refund has been requested without a return (such as with missing or delayed packages), a USPS search request must be opened first. Please see our Shipping Policies for more information.
