Return & refund policies

We stand by everything we sell 100%. If you’re not happy with your purchase, let us know at [email protected] or via our contact page and we’ll make it right.

Damages and issues 

Please contact us immediately if an item you’ve received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue A.S.A.P.

Returns

We will send you a shipping label for any items you wish to return. In the case of a damaged or defective product Maydel will cover the cost of return shipping. If you’ve simply changed your mind, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.

Please send your return in the same packaging it arrived in if possible. We cannot accept products that have been damaged by being shipped back in an unprotected container.

**We cannot refund missing items that were not scanned by the shipping company.** Therefore, please do not return items using a non-trackable shipping method such as postage stamps. Please also make sure that your package is scanned at the counter or a self-serve kiosk before handing it over or dropping it in a bin. If you can get a receipt, even better. I know that it’s a pain when there’s a line, but if USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL has no record of receiving your package, we can’t file an insurance claim if it goes missing on its way back to us.

Refunds 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

In cases where a refund has been requested without a return (such as with missing or delayed packages), a search request must be opened first. Please see our Shipping Policies for more information.
