Jillian Gomez is a creator based in Monrovia, CA (a suburb of Los Angeles). She started cross-stitching as an analog way to wind-down in the evenings after working her day-job in the animation industry. A co-worker suggested cross-stitch, so they planned a craft night and Jillian learned how to stitch in one evening of crafting, drinks, and watching the phenomenal classic movie, The Wedding Singer. She started designing her first pattern the next morning.
Jillian is inspired by bright colors, her theater and improv comedy background, and by her Southern California roots.
