This sashiko tree consists of 14 different hitomezashi sashiko patterns (including 1 weaving sashiko pattern with a tutorial video), making it a great sampler of hitomezashi sashiko stitches.
Embroider it with the star top for a Christmas design, or without for a purely nature-based design. The planning sheet lets you create your own design using the motifs included.
The downloadable file contains 13 pages and 1 video link. Please note that this is a PDF pattern that includes a video tutorial for only one stitch (the final weaving stitch), so this pattern is best for those with some prior sashiko experience. If you are looking for a full beginner’s course, we recommend this one or this one.
