Bailey grew up with all sorts of arts and crafts mediums. She taught herself to cross stitch in college, and used it as a way to offset the anxiety of student life. Shortly after, she began designing her own cross stitch patterns and launched Sew Marie Studio (her middle name is Marie in case you were wondering).
Her cross stitch patterns vary from pop culture to cocktail recipes and her love of coffee. But one of the subjects closest to her heart are her Judaica cross stitch patterns. She loves designing contemporary challah covers brought to life with the traditional medium of cross stitch, and she is excited to bring these patterns to Maydel.
